KITCHEN REMODEL & EXTERIOR FACELIFT, POWAY

My husband and I had done a remodel several years ago adding a great room, we used another company and we were ‘okay’ with the results, but….. This time around we felt that we wanted a more personal touch, with a lot of attention to detail and a sense that we, and our project, meant more than just ‘hurry and get it done so we can get on to the next project’. Glen led us through the planning stages with the architect who captured the essence of what we wanted on the first try. Needless to say Glen, his crew and subcontractors made sure that we were more than pleased with the final product, the outcome was even better than what the architect had captured. (3 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a Kitchen) GSC took care of every detail every step of the way; I didn’t have to worry about a thing—including my family pets. I really appreciate how careful and considerate Glen and his team were with my animals. Would I remodel again? Absolutely! We are all enjoying our new space that GSC built. He was so reliable, everything happened as he had planned. His crew were trustworthy and clean, he was there to supervise, which is comforting to know, when you are at work. We had been meaning to remodel our bathroom for sometime, but had heard so many horror stories about how the sales guy comes out, tells you what you want to hear, gets you to sign, then the project just sits there. Then to top it off they could never reach the sales guy again. Not what we wanted!! We met with Glen, who put our fears to rest. He explained the project time- line and process, the pricing structure, what we should expect. He really knew what he was doing, and to boot, he was friendly and reassuring. As the project progressed we found him to be reliable and honest, which was essential to us. It is not an easy task to choose someone that you are going to leave in your home. We were comfortable with Glen from the beginning, not just with us, but around our family, and gladly gave him access to our entire property.
